Juan García-Director 
Juan García Perez was born on January 19th, 1995 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He lived for the most part of his life in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, where he was raised in an artistic environment. Many of his family members are musicians and painters, and this upbringing would go on to shape Juan's artistic inclinations and passions. In his childhood, he was drawn to the world of filmmaking and pursued this passion by studying at La Vocacional de Cidra , Puerto Rico.
It was at La Vocacional de Cidra that Juan joined "Elipsis," his first film group. Through his involvement with Elipsis, Juan also became involved with the Puerto Rico Horror Film Festival, which would later become the LUSCA Fantastic Film Fest.where he had the opportunity to work with teachers like Rafael Mediavilla that help him develop his directing and video editing skills. In 2013, Juan started volunteering for the festival and to this day still volunteers for the festival.
Juan went on to found the production company Ve-Gigante with fellow filmmaker Carlos Giovanni DeLeon, where they both created multiple music videos for artists such as Sebimor, Epilogio, and Aurelio Adasme. Through his work with Ve-gigante, Juan further honed his skills in video editing and developed a specialty in the props department, where he currently works as an assistant props master with Prop Master Andy Wert.

StartUp (2017-2018) with Ron Perlman, Adam Brody, Martin Freeman, Edi Gathegi, and Otmara Marrero, .
In addition to his work in film, Juan has a passion for photography and has been helping to record and archive the local music scene in San Juan since 2015. He is currently working alongside Carlos Giovanni to bring more work to Ve-Gigante and is in the process of creating his first short film, "El Mago." Juan Currently collaborates with Cinta 23 is a collaboration of freelancers based in Puerto Rico with a wealth of experience in the advertisement industry. The film crew can range from a small team of one to a larger team of over 20 freelancers, all with the shared goal of creating engaging and high-quality productions.
